When using the Swing Mentor you first take your position on the mat. The club has a moulded handle to ensure you have the correct grip at all times. As you move through the key stages of the golf swing, lines on the club align with marks on the mat. At the top of the swing, the arms on the club rest on your upper arms, placing your arms and body in the perfect position at the top of your backswing and the end of your follow-through.
